DESCRIPTION:At the Yoga Tree in Hotchkiss\n\nWe’ll have a theme for each of these mid-month Sunday dances and also plenty of time to dance through whatever is needed as well.\nThey will build on each other\, but designed to be stand-alone experiences.\n\n11am-12:30pm\n\nSunday Feb. 19th: exploring nourishment\nSunday March 19th: exploring healthy boundaries\nSunday April 23rd: exploring inspiration\n\n\nWe create this dance together through deep listening to our whole selves – beyond the mind\, tapping into the heart and soul of what it is to be a human in a body.\n\nOffered on a sliding scale $10-$25 each class.\n\n\nWe’ll be using pre-recorded music for these.
