DESCRIPTION:“Honoring The Mother”\nthrough gentle movement and sound healing\nWith Arlyn Alderdice and Katie Snyder\nThis Mother’s Day weekend\, Saturday May 10th from 10-noon at the Opaloka\nOpen to every body\, no prior experience necessary. \nSliding scale $20-$40\, no pre-registration required\, but please arrive by 10am so we can have our full journey together! \nThrough community\, gentle movement and a sound healing journey we will honor the Mother in her various forms: Mother Earth\, our physical human Mother\, the Mother within each of us\, and the Great Mother who holds us all. Our full range of feelings are welcome from grief to celebration as we offer ourselves to greater healing and wholeness. \nThe Opaloka is at 39675 Panorama Rd\, Paonia (but maps take you too far).
