Rhythm Playshop in Ridgway, CO

October 25 | 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

FREE!!

Located at the United Church of the San Juans,

295 N. Lena ST., Ridgway

Using an ancient rhythmic vocalization system, we will explore time and groove from many angles. Using nonsense syllables instead of numbers to feel rhythm can help us to stay on the musical side of the brain. A great way to internalize the rhythms from the inside out and learn to trust the body rhythmically. We will step, clap and vocalize together using this fun and accessible method to

deepen our relationship with rhythm, music and life.

Open to all levels, geared for ages 8 and up.
