Dear Ones,
We hope you are doing well and finding completion to your summer endeavors. We have been savoring the blue-sky days, some frost, and touches of moisture.
A couple of events of note coming in the next month:
The Embodying Rhythm Marimba Ensemble will be traveling to Grand Junction, CO (November 10th) and Montrose, CO (November 11th) to play on the Western Slope Concert Series for two matinee shows.
Our debut album, “Music for Everyday Life” is in the mastering phase right now and we’re just about to send it in for duplication! We are on track to have copies in hand for our CD release party on December 15th at the Paradise Theatre (and will let you know other ways to get a copy soon)! You can get your tickets to the CD release party online here or by visiting one of the local ticket outlets (Paradise, Cirque, Lizzy’s Mkt).
many blessings,
Arlyn and David

“Learning to center your attention on the process of what you are doing instead f what you are trying to achieve, using the goal as a rudder instead of a reminder of what is left to be done, learning to work without judging your process: these are all simple shifts in perspective that completely transform the experience of going through your day. This is the state of being fully engaged.” ~Thomas M. Sterner “Fully Engaged: Using the Practicing Mind in Daily Life”
