Embodying Rhythm – beginning class with Arlyn

We will learn the basics of the frame drum – sounds, grooves and improvisation.
We will also explore the South Indian rhythmic tradition of solkatu to deepen our understanding and embodiment of rhythm.
A very gentle approach to drumming and rhythm.
