Embodying Rhythm Marimba Ensemble in Cedaredge, CO

The band will be playing some funky, yet introspective, fun polyphonic marimba music from Africa, the Caribbean, and the Americas, as well some new original compositions from the ensemble. The musicians include David Alderdice, Arlyn Alderdice, Jeannette Carey, Daniel Be, Matt Drbohlav, Rebecca Drbohlav, Osha Foster, and Jen Sanborn. The ensemble sound for the concert at the Chapel will include, 7 marimbas (1 soprano, 2 altos, 2 tenors, a baritone, and a bass), percussion, flute, melodica, and singing.
