Youth Marimba Ensemble Class Series begins in Hotchkiss

Learn to play South African marimbas and their accompanying percussion parts focusing on music of the Shona people from Zimbabwe. A great way to learn rhythm, melody and harmony all at once. Be part of a super fun world music ensemble while deepening your relationship to music, art, and life! All experience levels welcome. All instruments provided.
Class runs September 23 – November 18th (no class Oct. 14). 4pm – 5:30pm

ages: 9-18

This class requires a minimum enrollment of 4 students and is limited to 10 students.
