Live Music Movement as Medicine continues the first Sundays of the month through April. We hope to see you this Sunday, January 5th at the Hearth for dance to responsive live music.
Arlyn has some new offerings this cycle with some life-coach meet-ups (learn a life-coach skill and do a coachy check-in). Along with 5 weeks of a Monday Women’s Dance starting Jan. 13th, she’s offering a Women’s Mini-Retreat on March 23rd and a full Embodiment weekend retreat with Kent Tompkins, MA, CPT the weekend of April 25-27th.
