Update

February 26, 2016 by Arlyn

Dear Ones,

Hello.  We are seeing evidence of spring in the garden and it’s very exciting – little bitty dandelion sprouts for the first taste of fresh greens and we did some great kid digging today. We live on the south side of a hill, so even if the warmth hasn’t fully hit your garden, know that it is coming soon.

Since our last newsletter we’ve been to Maryland and back again and are thankful for the successful completion of TEDx Paonia and the World Music Salon. We now are in the process of scheduling our summer plans and we will keep you posted.

For your more immediate enjoyment – this Saturday the 27th at the Blue Sage we’re pleased to bring The North Fork Community Parade & Stage Band and The Grizzly Pears to the Blue Sage – details below. tickets

Also, we’re super excited for the final installation of this year’s World Music Concert Series at the Blue Sage with Jon Seligman leading the concert – Near Eastern Sounds: Old and New – details below. tickets

We hope to see you soon.
many blessings,
Arlyn and David

Spring

Spring appears
in whispers and hushed tones,
as the bellowing winter
bows away.
Drowsy flowers come to
attention,
waking from their sleep –
yawning;
with heads turned upwards
towards the maestro called Sun,
I watch with anticipation
as. . .
the concert begins.
