Arlyn will present “Stress & Anxiety Reduction through Somatic (body centered) Movement” with 10 different experiential movement practices at 12/noon.

There are other presentations on the hour starting at 10am including at 1 pm – Change Facilitator-Betsy Koos, LCSW “Change is Possible – with a Map for Change”
