We’ll have a theme for each of these mid-month Sunday dances and also plenty of time to dance through whatever is needed as well.
They will build on each other, but designed to be stand-alone experiences.

Sunday March 19th: exploring healthy boundaries
Sunday April 23rd: exploring inspiration
We create this dance together through deep listening to our whole selves – beyond the mind, tapping into the heart and soul of what it is to be a human in a body.
Offered on a sliding scale $10-$25 each class.
We’ll be using pre-recorded music for these.
