Matinee Concert For Kids: Saturday, 18 January, 2020, 1:00pm. Free. reserve ticket online
A one-hour afternoon concert to entertain, educate, and engage kids and youth of all ages. The young audience members will get to hear many different instruments from all the different instrument families, including drums and percussion, pitched percussion, voice, strings, brass, and woodwinds and will get a chance to hear the instruments different characters intermingling together in musical conversation. We will also travel around the globe musically to learn about how all music from around the world is different, yet has a lot of similarities too. This concert will be fun and interactive for the whole family.
