Friday morning dance continues through the summer with the support of Rose Costello and Amber Xanthy. Arlyn will resume leadership of Friday morning dance on August 9th.

This gathering will be juicy. An opportunity to deep dive into rhythm and creative expression. Practice listening, practice leading. Women - we have drums!

Come to one or all the morning dances. There will be a short experiential exercise on Monday and Tuesday, but otherwise you are welcome to dance whatever is present for you, be it grief or not. 9am - 10am Monday - Friday. Oct. 28 - Nov. 1  

So excited to be bringing back our live music dances. The season will run November 2024 through April 2025. This first one we will have David Alderdice, Daniel Be, Beth Quist and Aaron Jerad bringing our musical goodness! We'll see you there.
