Embodying Rhythm Marimba Ensemble at the Farmer’s Market in Grand Junction, CO

The band will be playing some funky, fun polyphonic marimba music from Africa, the Caribbean, and the Americas, as well some new original compositions from the ensemble.
The musicians include David Alderdice, Arlyn Alderdice, Daniel Be, Matt Drbohlav, Rebecca Drbohlav, Dylan Fixmer, and Jen Sanborn. The ensemble sound will include, 7 marimbas (1 soprano, 2 altos, 2 tenors, a baritone, and a bass), percussion, melodica, trumpet, and mandolin.
