We hope you are doing well. Things here are full, working with the abundance of nature as our fruit trees begin to share their bounty and our cukes and zukes begin to produce food.
We are excited to be bringing you three events this week – David is playing at Pickin’ in the Park at 6pm on Thursday with Ben Benetele – we have a Friday morning 9am movement practice with pre-recorded music – and a Sunday 11am Movement as Medicine with our spectacular live band. Full details below.
With school starting and some schedule changes in other areas of our lives, we needed to scale back a touch, so we’ve postponed the Women’s Drumming class on August 21st and the Rhythm Playshop on August 26th. Please let us know if you were looking forward to these events, it helps us plan for the future.

Movement As Medicine – An Experiential Dance Practice with Live Music
Sunday, August 21 | 11:00 am – 12:30 pm, at the Hearth 138 Grand Ave, Paonia
Facilitated by Arlyn Alderdice Accompanied by Responsive Live Music with David Alderdice, Daniel B, and Chloe Watkins. This practice is geared for adults, childcare available on site. Suggested donation $10-$30.
